Packneon is a brand of FMH Distribution LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Packneon," "we," "us," or "our"). We supply packaging materials, including poly mailers and bubble mailers, on a wholesale basis to businesses.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.packneon.com (the "Site"), contact us, open a wholesale account, or place an order, and how we use and protect it. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
• Wholesale account details: business type, tax ID or sales tax resale certificate, estimated order volume, and other details you provide on our new-customer intake form.
• Order information: products, sizes, quantities, pricing tier, and order history.
• Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card or bank account numbers on our systems.
• Communications: messages, quote requests, and feedback you send us by email, phone, or forms on the Site.
